FVO\u2019s Board brings together expertise in areas including finance, investment management, foundation law, social welfare systems and the non-profit sector. The Board members have extensive experience from a wide range of organisations and board positions.<\/p>\n

The Board\u2019s role is to ensure that FVO operates to high professional standards.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

\"Kerstin<\/span><\/div>

Chair: Kerstin Fagerberg<\/h3>

Joined the Board in 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kerstin has 25 years of experience at SEB, where she worked as an expert in foundations and accounting. She is a co-author of Stiftelsehandboken (The Foundation Handbook) and is frequently invited to give talks and training courses on foundations, non-profit associations and accounting.<\/p>\n

\"Per<\/span><\/div>

Vice Chair: Per Lundqvist<\/h3>

Joined the Board in 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n

Per has extensive experience in senior management positions at Swedbank.<\/p>\n

Other board positions:<\/strong> Board member of Olof Skoglunds stiftelse.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\"Thomas<\/span><\/div>

Treasurer: Thomas Bruneheim<\/h3>

Joined the Board in 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thomas has worked at SEB for around 40 years, mainly in investment management for private individuals, institutions and foundations.<\/p>\n

Other board positions:<\/strong> Treasurer of S\u00e4llskapet De Gamlas V\u00e4nner and board member of Stiftelsen 1759 and Stockholms Fabriksf\u00f6rening.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\"Susanne<\/span><\/div>

Board Member: Susanne Forsman<\/h3>

Joined the Board in 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n

Susanne is a lawyer specialising in family law and foundation law. She has extensive experience from SEB, Handelsbanken and Carnegie Investment Bank. Today, she runs her own business, mainly advising foundations and non-profit associations.<\/p>\n

Other board positions:<\/strong> Board member of Lennart och Margareta Rodhes konstvetenskapliga stiftelse and Secretary of Stiftelsen Oscar och Maria Ekmans donationsfond and several other Ekman foundations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\"Pernilla<\/span><\/div>

Board Member: Pernilla Landin<\/h3>

Joined the Board in 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pernilla is a social worker and deacon who has worked for the Church of Sweden for 30 years. She currently works at Stockholm Cathedral Parish. She has also completed basic training in psychotherapy.<\/p>\n

Other board positions:<\/strong> Chair of John E och Karin Johanssons stiftelse och Johanna Johanssons minne and board member of Blomsterfonden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\"Agneta<\/span><\/div>

Board Member: Agneta Lilja<\/h3>

Joined the Board in 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n

Agneta has held several senior management positions at Handelsbanken.<\/p>\n

Other board positions:<\/strong> Board member of Handelsbanken PLC, the Social Welfare Committee of Eker\u00f6 Municipality and Ecster AB.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
