Föreningen FVO's Board
FVO’s Board brings together expertise in areas including finance, investment management, foundation law, social welfare systems and the non-profit sector. The Board members have extensive experience from a wide range of organisations and board positions.
The Board’s role is to ensure that FVO operates to high professional standards.

Chair: Kerstin Fagerberg
Joined the Board in 2026
Kerstin has 25 years of experience at SEB, where she worked as an expert in foundations and accounting. She is a co-author of Stiftelsehandboken (The Foundation Handbook) and is frequently invited to give talks and training courses on foundations, non-profit associations and accounting.

Vice Chair: Per Lundqvist
Joined the Board in 2018
Per has extensive experience in senior management positions at Swedbank.
Other board positions: Board member of Olof Skoglunds stiftelse.
Treasurer: Thomas Bruneheim
Joined the Board in 2017
Thomas has worked at SEB for around 40 years, mainly in investment management for private individuals, institutions and foundations.
Other board positions: Treasurer of Sällskapet De Gamlas Vänner and board member of Stiftelsen 1759 and Stockholms Fabriksförening.
Board Member: Susanne Forsman
Joined the Board in 2018
Susanne is a lawyer specialising in family law and foundation law. She has extensive experience from SEB, Handelsbanken and Carnegie Investment Bank. Today, she runs her own business, mainly advising foundations and non-profit associations.
Other board positions: Board member of Lennart och Margareta Rodhes konstvetenskapliga stiftelse and Secretary of Stiftelsen Oscar och Maria Ekmans donationsfond and several other Ekman foundations.
Board Member: Pernilla Landin
Joined the Board in 2023
Pernilla is a social worker and deacon who has worked for the Church of Sweden for 30 years. She currently works at Stockholm Cathedral Parish. She has also completed basic training in psychotherapy.
Other board positions: Chair of John E och Karin Johanssons stiftelse och Johanna Johanssons minne and board member of Blomsterfonden.
Board Member: Agneta Lilja
Joined the Board in 2020
Agneta has held several senior management positions at Handelsbanken.
Other board positions: Board member of Handelsbanken PLC, the Social Welfare Committee of Ekerö Municipality and Ecster AB.
